BUILD A TEAM

Find someone who can be a liaison between the ministry and leadership, set guidelines and rules, make plans to grow, and encourage   other ministries to be inclusive.  

Find someone who can       

monitor dedicated classrooms and inclusion students, recruit and train volunteers, and prepare classrooms and stock supplies. 

Find someone able to care for the needs of families and volunteers, advocate for those with disabilities in the church and community, and orient new students and families.

Find someone who can write and update handbooks and forms, plan, activities/events, adapt curriculum, and create schedules.
