Manage Difficult Behavior

You know that look! A student's behavior is about to escalate into kicking, hitting, throwing things, undressing, running away, or biting. It's easy to freeze or overreact, yet with some guidelines and practice, you can learn to protect everyone and resolve the situation while staying a cool cat.
